The Blue Star Moms is a support group in the Tri-Valley area (Contra Costa and Alameda Counties, California) of mostly women who have come together to share worries, pride, and devotion to sons, daughters and husbands who are serving in the United States Armed Forces.
Representatives of Blue Star Moms are present along with the Lafayette Flag Brigade on the 11th of each month to participate in the flag display, and to promote "Operation Postcard", which sends cards of encouragement to US services personnel around the world. Why not join us on the 11th to wave a flag and send a postcard.
